This blog is an exploration of all things photography, lighting tips, interviews, ideas, photoshop and equipment reviews. Its' written entirely from my own experience as a photographer in an effort to solidify and pass on knowledge.
So who am I? My name is Jamie and I currently live in Sheffield UK. At this point in time my work mainly revolves around studio based fashion and portraiture, although I have explored many other area's of photography over the years.
I've worked in pro labs as a hand printer, retoucher, film processor and colour balancer. Been using photoshop and various other software for around 8 years now. I'm old enough to have used film and used to have a darkroom in a cupboard {awesome!} and I've worked in portraiture, weddings, studio, events, fine art and reportage photography.
